Maureen brings extensive HR leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries, having supported global teams across the US, EU, India, and China. Most recently, she led HR for WuXi Biologics US, helping the organization grow from 50 to 500 employees and driving key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. A Massachusetts native and Worcester State graduate, Maureen began her HR career following a college internship. She later earned a certificate in HR from the University of New Hampshire.
