Dave has over 25 years of experience in finance in both the life sciences and IT sectors. Prior to joining X-Chem, Dave was Vice President and Divisional CFO at pre-clinical CRO Charles River Labs, where he led all global financial operations for the firm’s Research Models and Services business. Prior to Charles River Labs, Dave was at clinical CRO Parexel as the CFO for the firm’s global phase II/III business, where his principal focus was on implementing strategies which improved profitability; he also helped establish a Market Access business unit. Prior to his experience working with CROs, Dave spent 16 years with IBM in a number of financial roles of increasing responsibility. Dave received his B.S. in finance from the University of Arizona.
